Chris has over 20 years sales, marketing and negotiation experience in the IT industry and his enthusiastic and detailed manner is backed by the experience of the Morgan-Sudlow & Associates team giving him a competitive edge in local real estate.
After graduating high school, Chris due to his love of the ocean became a SCUBA Diving instructor teaching in Queensland and Perth for several years. Chris then moved into the IT industry developing strong relationships and negotiating contracts for over 20 years which puts him in the perfect position to service his clients.
Chris has real estate in his blood with many family members already in the industry starting with his grandfather then his mother, aunt and uncle instrumental in developing Thornlie, Whitfords and Meadow Springs in Mandurah.
Chris is a local boy who has grown up in the Western Suburbs and often is sighted walking the Wembley golf course and now lives in Mount Claremont and is looking forward to becoming your agent of choice.
